How It Works

We meet twice a week. One session helps you set your direction. The other helps you deal with resistance, perfectionism, and whatever tries to pull you away. You also get two bonus check-ins at weeks four and eight so we can adjust your systems as needed.

Between sessions, you’re not alone. You have daily check-ins, plus a toolkit with planners, journals, and trackers to help you build awareness around your patterns and progress.
